Sub: Order Under sections 11(1), 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 against ICore E-Services Limited and its directors
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Notice No.20140725-29 dated July 25, 2014, wherein SEBI vide its ad-interim ex-parte order dated July 25, 2014 had restrained I Core E-Services Limited and its directors & promoters Anukul Maiti, Kanika Maiti, Swapan Kumar Roy, Radhashyam Giri, Tapan Kumar Charterjee, Saral Ranjan Gupta, Amal Bhattacharya, Chandan Dey and Mahadeb Gayan from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, till further directions.
SEBI now, vide its order no. WTM/PS/78/ERO /MAR/2015 dated March 05, 2015 has inter-alia, confirmed the directions issued vide its ex-parte ad-interim order dated July 25, 2014 in respect of the aforementioned entities.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
